A proven example is the Qchoc all-in-one concept: an innovative solution for batch-wise mixing, refining and conching of chocolate.


The Qchoc is an all-in-one chocolate system. Easy to install and to operate, with a capacity range from 50 kg up to 400 kg chocolate batches, when using basic ingredients.  This system, consisting of a pre-mixer, a ball mill and a Continuous liquid Conche CLC, is designed for maximum efficiency and durability.

The capacity of the ball-mill corresponds with the capacity of the pre-mixer.  Perfect refining is achieved by using a special shaft with agitator arms and diverters rotating in a vertical, jacketed grinding tank, filled with especially hardened steel balls.  Our portfolio contains a Qchoc-50, with a batch capacity of 50 kg and a Qchoc-400, with a batch capacity of 400 kg.
