The Mixer Machine Typ ER with its agitator arm is a versatile solution for mixing, tempering and storing, of your chocolate mass, tempered chocolate and cocoa liquor. The mixer consist of a temperature controlled tank with a double jacket for heating or cooling; making our mixer perfect for the mixing of liquid ingredients such as oil and grease with solids such as sugar and milk powder.

The agitator blade mixes your ingredients to a homogeneous mixture. With its different speed outputs the mixer with its agitator blade can be used for tempering of chocolate masses and storage.
