Job content
As Manager Service department you are responsible for our entire service department, Customer Support, After Sales and Field service. Together with your team you are responsible for generating turnover by successfully selling maintenance and service contracts as well as spare parts of our machines. You are responsible to guide the teams ensuring that the service level is raised to a higher level. You collaborate closely together with the different sales teams to realize an extensive customer network, building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers and prospects, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You know better than anyone how to manage a team and how to achieve the best results as a team for our customers. In order to offer the best services as ONE Probat you will be in frequent exchange with the other Service Managers at the other Probat locations.
You have the following knowledge and experience:
You have a technical higher professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Technical Business Administration.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an internationally oriented industry (capital goods) or a process environment and min. 5 years of experience in managing an international team.
You have a good knowledge of the Dutch language and excellent experience with the English language, both spoken and written.
You have experience in Customer Services
You are willing to work abroad occasionally.
